A wrong figure
If something here is wrong — a stated area, a cutting width, a blade bore, a sound power level, a delivery head, a price band, or a description of how a mechanism behaves — say so. It gets checked, it gets corrected, and the page records what changed and when. This is the most valuable thing anyone sends, and it is the thing handled fastest.
A question about something on the site
All of it gets read, and whatever can be answered is. When the same question turns up a third or fourth time it stops being an email and becomes a page, which reaches a great many more people than a private reply could.
If you are writing on behalf of a maker
Data sheets, assembly instructions, fitment tables and corrections of fact are all welcome, and they genuinely change what the pages say. What money cannot buy here: a rank in a family, a sentence, or a mention. A machine sent unasked buys nothing and reserves nothing, and offers of that sort go unanswered.
