An 11-amp motor, a rear bag, and handles that fold flat. For a small lawn near an outlet, it does what is needed at the lowest price among blade mowers here.
The MEB1216K was only $4 more when we read both listings, with 12 amps, a wider deck and an 8-gallon bag. Unless the extra 5 pounds matter, buy that one.
Unplug the cord before you touch the blade, the chute or the height lever, and use an outdoor-rated extension cord with a GFCI-protected outlet, as the manual directs.

For about $4 more, the MEB1216K adds an inch of deck, a stronger motor and a bigger bag. It usually makes more sense.
