Wire-free navigation, area and slope · review
The cheapest robot on this shelf at $799: a wire-free RTK-and-camera mower for 1/8 acre, with a 3-year warranty.
At $799 this is the lowest cost of entry to wire-free mowing on this shelf, and the 3-year warranty beats SUNSEEKER’s 2 years. It uses satellite positioning with a camera for spots where trees block the sky.
The stated 1/8 acre is the limit to plan around. Width is 7.1 inches, so progress is slow by design, as with all robots.
The listing states 58 dB(A) without saying whether this is sound power or sound pressure, so it cannot be compared with figures from other makers.
Keep children and pets off the lawn while a robot mower runs, and read the manual on slopes, edges and water. Slope figures are stated by the maker and depend on grip and ground.
Prices quoted in this text are dated readings and can differ from the live price in the buy box.
