A parts house that sells by dimension

Oregon has supplied the outdoor power equipment trade with wear parts for decades, and the two entries here carry that habit.

Both are sold by dimension rather than by compatibility list. The scarifier blade states a working width; the wheel states a diameter and comes with reducing bushes for different axles. On shelves where the normal listing is a length plus forty machine designations, a part described by its own measurements is a part whose fit you can check yourself.

That is worth more than it looks. A compatibility list is only as good as the seller’s cataloguing, and this site reports one as the seller’s claim. A diameter is a fact about the object.

The wheel entry in particular solves a common problem on the mower wheel shelf: an old machine whose maker no longer lists parts, where what is needed is a wheel of the right diameter with the right bore, not a wheel that appears in a table under that machine’s name.
