Two contradictions in one listing
The diameter. 200 mm in the title, 180 mm in a feature line.
The bushes. Four in the title, three in the feature line.
This page prints both of each and does not choose.
The diameter one matters. A mower’s wheel diameter is part of its cutting
height: fit a 180 mm wheel where a 200 mm one belongs and that corner of the
deck drops by a centimetre. Twenty millimetres is not a rounding error on a
wheel.
The hub cap
The thing this wheel has that the other universal wheels on this shelf do
not.
A cap covers the axle nut, keeps grass and grit out of the hub, and makes the
replacement match the other three wheels on the machine. Another wheel here
states explicitly that it ships without one.
For a complete wheel intended to restore an older machine, having it in the box
is the difference between a repair and a patch.
Four bushes, or three
8, 10, 12 and 12.7 mm covers the common European mower axles and the half-inch
size found on American-designed machines.
Like the other bushed wheel on this shelf, this is the answer to the real
problem: an older mower, a manufacturer that no longer lists parts, and an axle
you have to measure.

Larger wheels roll over uneven ground with less effort and are usually the rear
pair on a wide petrol deck. They are also the ones that take the load when the
machine is dragged backwards over a kerb, which is how plastic rims crack.
What goes unpublished
Width, hub length and bearing type. Two other wheels here give the first two,
and they are what decide whether a universal wheel actually sits in the
bracket.
